Join our Professional Team in Kerikeri (Mid North) Northland. If you have experience in a team leader role and want to step up to the next level, or in a Supervisory role, this is the job for you.

40 hours/week, permanent Monday to Friday (occasional weekends may be required)

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be Supervising team members and ensuring quality standards are maintained consistently.

We require an individual who is flexible, to work as and when the business requires, which could include weekends, therefore managing your time effectively is a critical attribute for this position.

This role is full of variety, supervising, training your team, visiting clients, Quality Assurance reporting, site inductions, coordinate relief cleaners, covering sites when required, evaluating and reporting on the performance of team members, Health and Safety compliance, assisting with periodic work as required, hands-on cleaning when needed, and assisting special cleans etc.

This is a physically demanding job, and some heavy lifting is required.

• Full NZ Drivers licence - Company vehicle provided for work purposes only and Mobile Phone
• Must be able to pass all security checks, MOJ, NZ Police, and other clients security requirements.
• Must have legal entitlement to work in New Zealand (e.g. NZ Citizen or resident, valid work permit etc
