We are seeking a high-performing Branch Manager to lead our Botany dealership on Smales Road and drive results across sales, finance, operations, and customer experience.

The Role

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will take full responsibility for branch performance and day-to-day operations. You will lead from the front, coach your team, and ensure targets are consistently achieved or exceeded.

• Lead and manage the branch to achieve sales and finance targets
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to maximise performance
• Drive strong finance penetration and overall profitability
• Maintain high standards in yard presentation and stock management
• Monitor KPIs and branch performance metrics
• Deliver excellent customer experience and maintain strong reviews
• Ensure compliance and operational processes are followed
• Build a positive, accountable, high-performance culture

• Proven leadership experience in automotive sales (management experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of vehicle finance and F&I processes
• Results-driven with a track record of hitting targets
• Confident communicator and team motivator
• High level of organisation and accountability
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment and build brand reputation
• Full clean NZ driver licence
