Barista (Team Leader)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Barista Team Leader/ Front of House to join our renowned French-style bakery cafe. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leadership and deliver exceptional customer service that aligns with our commitment to excellence.

Deep understanding in Italian coffee machine and latte art with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience.

*Key Responsibilities*
  • Manage cleaning and maintenance standards-keeping the cafe spotless and organized: food cabinets, fridges, storage room, bathroom, vacuum, mopping.
  • Lead and manage the baristas and front of house team with confidence and clarity.
  • Create new seasonal coffee drinks.
  • Manage stock, orders, and shift planning.
  • Deliver the wholesale bakery goods when requested.
  • Oversee daily operations
*Shifts*
  • Shifts starting from 6.30 am including weekends and holidays – we open over Christmas and NYE.
  • Experience*
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a barista/ front of house in a table service cafe or restaurant.
  • Proven expertise in a latte art techniques.
