Description
We are looking for a Supervisor for Cromwell
This is an independent contractor position suited to a responsible, well organised person.The successful applicant will be managing a team of distributors who are delivering circulars and community newspapers into household letterboxes.
Recruitment and Management of contractor walkers for our mailer and community newspaper clients is the key responsibility as well as delivery of mailers and newspapers to the walkers.
The mailers are delivered to the contractor on a Friday to be driven out to distributors either Friday or Saturday .
Community newspapers which are delivered to the contractor every second Wednesday and delivered to the walker team either that day or the following morning .
You will get: Earnings are primarily volume based. Training & access in the use of our online portal to assist with all aspects of managing and overseeing the team of deliverers.
Have a mobile phone, PC, internet access Be proficient in the use of social media sites such as Facebook (used to recruit new deliverers)
You need to: Have a reliable vehicle to deliver the product out to the distributors twice a week. This would suit a Van or similar.
