Production Manager

What you'll be doing

Supervise and coordinate the work of production to meet daily and weekly targets

Monitor and optimise production processes to improve quality, productivity, and cost-effectiveness

Identify and resolve operational issues, implement corrective actions, and communicate with relevant stakeholders

Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and capabilities

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment

Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills

Ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge Required

have a knowledge of cabinet making / cabinetry

understand (and hopefully have worked with) cabinet making machinery - CNC / Edge Banders / Table Saws

knowledge of CAD programs and what the X / Y / Z axis are

Hours of Operation are 7:30am to 4:00pm.

Successful candidate will be involved with both the opening and closing process of the factory daily.
