What we’re looking for
A high-performing Business Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about delivering impactful customer and business-focused solutions, and loves leading cross-functional teams. You’ll be a strong collaborator who is comfortable navigating complexity, driving alignment across business areas, and embedding change into business operations.
What does the job involve?- Leading dynamic cross-functional project teams to deliver strategic initiatives that align with Smartly's business objectives.
- Facilitating end-to-end project management, including business analysis, detailed planning, scoping, budgeting, and resource management.
- Managing risks, dependencies, blockers, and constraints across delivery workstreams.
- Driving business change management activities ensuring business areas are fully prepared to support new solutions.
- Supporting the establishment of enterprise-wide delivery frameworks, processes, and governance standards.
- Collaborating on organisation-wide risk management practices, contributing to compliance with ISO27001 and ISEA3402 standards.
What you’ll need to bring:
- 5-8 years' experience managing business transformation projects with a focus on cross-functional alignment and business change.
- A curious mindset with a willingness to explore emerging technologies, including AI, to continuously improve business outcomes.
- Proven ability to develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, and drive successful delivery.
- Background in business change management with a strong competency in embedding change.
- Experience producing high-quality project documentation including user stories and functional specifications.
- Experience conducting organisational risk assessments and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
- Qualifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile certifications (e.g., Prince2 Agile, SAFe, Professional Scrum Master 1).
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and leadership skills.
