Manager
Kosco is looking for a Manager to join our team. We are one of the largest Asian/Korean food retail businesses in the South Island.
The position is a full-time position and guaranteed minimum hours of work is 35 hours per week. The maximum work hours may reach but will not exceed 50 hours per week.
The pay rate is $28.50 gross per hour.
The position will involve duties such as overseeing the operation of the business, deciding on product mix, stock matters, and service standards, being in charge of all purchasing and marketing tasks, pricing, maintaining all records for stock and finances, general HR duties, and ensuring compliance with all hygiene and safety regulations, etc
The candidate must have adequate tertiary qualification and must have a good understanding and knowledge in Korean food products. This position will also largely involve focusing on the development of our growing Chinese demand/market so Chinese language skills will be a very big plus.The candidate also must be able to work on weekends, public holidays, and late hours on certain days.
