We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Hand to join our backofhouse team.
The successful candidate will have 3 months of hospitality experience, although we
welcome applicants who are eager to learn and willing to work hard. We are looking for
someone who is passionate about supporting a busy kitchen, maintaining high foodsafety
standards, and contributing positively to our team environment.
You should be able to work well under pressure in a fastpaced hospitality setting, with strong
holidays. Applicants must be available to work across weekends and public holidays.

communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
We offer a minimum of 30 hours per week, which may include weekends and publicholidays. Applicants must be available to work across weekends and public holidays.
We are offering $28 – $30 per hour, depending on experience.
This is a varied role which will include the following:- Assisting with basic food preparation (washing, chopping, portioning ingredients)
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen environment
- Operating the dishwasher and cleaning kitchen equipment
- Ensuring all food safety and health & safety procedures are followed
- Restocking ingredients and supplies as needed
- Supporting chefs and kitchen staff during busy service periods
- Assisting with general kitchen duties as required
