Experienced Cooks, Sous Chefs , and Prep cooks
These positions could include early morning starts in our prep kitchen.
Some positions require working outside normal trading hours and may include flexible hours. Some positions required self-management and working independently.
Full-time or Part-time Permanent positions are available with an immediate start
You must have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a busy kitchen environment.
- An ability to communicate well.
- The ability to work supportively and positively in a large team.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- The ability to be self-managing.
- The ability to follow instructions from your Head Chef.
- A passion for Great food.
- A keenness to upskill.
- A positive, enthusiastic demeanor.

Tasks Include:
- Preparing, cooking & seasoning food to a high quality.
- Storing food at correct temperatures in accordance with our Food Control Plan.
- Being responsible for your own prep list and section.
- Reporting to senior chefs on all aspects of our kitchen operations.
- Ensuring all deliveries are received in accordance with our FCP.
- Following all in-house recipes and procedures correctly.
- Maintaining an efficient workflow and clean workstations in accordance with our operations manual.
***Must have residency in NZ, We will not consider people that are not currently in NZ***
