About the RoleAs a Call Centre Administrator, you will provide exceptional customer service through various channels i.e., phone and e-mail and establish positive relationships with parents, caregivers and organisations.You will also demonstrate active listening to parents, caregivers, addressing all level of non-clinical inquiries, offering suitable solutions to meet their needs promptly where appropriate.
You will ensure all information is accurately documented.You will have the ability to handle parent, caregiver, external complaints and resolve issues to ensuresatisfaction, escalating complex cases/situations when necessary.Click here to view the position description.
About the Team/ServiceWe are a small call centre who receives call for all patients within the Waikato region, assisting our patients with enrolments and appointment bookings along with all other general queries. About youTo be successful in this position, you will:Show experience in implementing Te Tiriti o Waitangi in action.Have excellent level of interpersonal skills along with written and verbal communication.Excellent data entry skills. Proficiency with using technology and multitasking between different systems while actively listening.Take accountability for quality and accuracy.Good level of computer literacy skills.
