Customer Service & Branch Support – Full Time

Are you someone who likes to get stuck in, take responsibility, and be part of a solid team?
Langlands Greytown is looking for a full-time team member to join our branch in a varied and hands-on customer service role.
This isn’t just a front counter job. You’ll play an important part in keeping the branch running smoothly — supporting customer service, workshop administration, parts enquiries, stock control and working closely alongside our Branch Manager.
We’re looking for someone reliable, capable and proactive. Someone who sees what needs doing and gets on with it.
About You:
- You’re friendly and confident dealing with customers.
- You bring energy and a can-do attitude to your work.
- You’re organised and take pride in accuracy.
- You enjoy being part of a team but can also work independently.
- You’re happy to step up and help cover when needed.
Experience in retail, automotive, parts or administration is helpful — but attitude, maturity and enthusiasm are what matter most.
The Role Includes:
- Front counter customer service
- Processing workshop jobs and invoices
- Warranty administration
- Parts enquiries and stock support
- Supporting the Branch Manager and assisting with broader responsibilities when required
- Rostered Saturday approximately once per month
