Trade Customer Service Representative - BNT Petone

If you've got outstanding customer service skills, a full NZ driver license, and solid automotive knowledge - especially under-the-car components - we've got the role for you.
We're on the lookout for a trade customer service superstar to join our BNT Petone branch - someone who can not only deliver outstanding service but also help our customers choose the right parts to get the job done.
What the role involves:
- Serving trade customers at the counter and over the phone
- Helping customers find the right vehicle parts and solutions
- Picking, packing, and processing customer orders accurately
- Spotting opportunities to upsell or recommend related products
- Building strong relationships with our loyal customer base
- Customer service experience (automotive or trade industry experience is a big plus)
- Computer skills are a must (basic excel skills are advantageous)
- A genuine interest in cars, or parts
- Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep things accurate

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday (8 am - 5 pm) with alternate Saturday mornings.
