ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you looking for a role where you get to work with a variety of projects and sizes and will be given career development opportunities? You will be responsible for all site based activities, quality control, and organising sub-contractors.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Co-ordinate subcontractors, suppliers and service providers to achieve programme
- Working through design issues with the project team, contractors, clients and consultants
- Running daily pre-start meetings, inductions, and weekly co-ordination meetings
- Carry out Quality Assurance checks
- Mentor junior Site Managers, Foreman, and tradespeople
- Manage the Health and Safety on site (with support from the HSQE Coordinator) in line with the company policy
- 5+ years experience as a Site Manager (Commercial)
- Exceptional planning and co-ordination ability to achieve successful outcomes
- High attention to detail
- Must work well within a team and have a positive ‘Can do’ attitude
- Thorough understanding of commercial construction techniques and standards
