Flooring Applicator - Christchurch

Technosol is an independent, NZ owner-operated flooring contractor with over 20 years of experience across New Zealand. Based in Christchurch, we’re specialists in everything from Industrial and Commercial Monolithic Floor Topping and Coating Systems, to Structural Concrete Repairs, Corrosion Protection, FRP Seismic Strengthening—and even pool painting and coatings.

We’re growing in the Christchurch region and are on the lookout for a reliable and hard-working Flooring Applicator to join our close-knit team.

What We’re Offering:

• Full-time role based in the Christchurch CBD.
• $25 - $35 per hour depending on experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in flooring or labouring is ideal however for the right applicant training will be provided.
• A common-sense approach, with the ability to follow instructions and take initiative.
• Reliable, self-motivated and hard-working – we want people who show up, get stuck in, and take pride in their work.
• Physically fit and comfortable working on active construction sites.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the business.
