PC Traders – Sales Support (Retail + Online)

PC Traders is one of NZ’s fastest-growing refurbished laptop & PC retailers, supplying high-quality ex-lease IT gear to customers nationwide. We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Sales Support team member to help our showroom and online sales team deliver an outstanding customer experience.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role supporting both in-store and online sales, including customer enquiries, processing orders, and assisting with general showroom operations.
You’ll be working with business-grade laptops, PCs, monitors, and accessories — so an interest in technology is a big plus.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in-store with product questions and purchasingSupport online orders (Shopify) and customer enquiries
Reply to emails, live chat and phone enquiries (basic sales support)
Help with quoting, invoicing, and order follow-ups
Stock organisation, product labelling, basic merchandising
Work with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
Encourage add-ons and upgrades (RAM/SSD/warranty/accessories)
What We’re Looking For
Confident communicator with a friendly customer-first attitudeStrong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Comfortable using computers + systems (Shopify experience is a bonus)
Ability to work independently and as part of a close team
Sales or retail experience preferred (tech retail is a bonus)
Interest in laptops/PCs/IT equipment is highly desirable
