We are seeking a motivated and reliable Sales Support & Telemarketer to assist our Business Development team with lead generation, outbound calling, and appointment setting. This role is ideal for someone confident on the phone who wants to build a career in sales within the security industry.
- Key Responsibilities
- Making outbound B2B calls to prospective clients (cold and warm leads)
- Introducing and promoting our security services
- Booking qualified appointments for senior sales consultants
- Following up website, email, and inbound enquiries
- Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate call records
- Providing basic sales administration support
- Meeting daily and weekly call and appointment targets
- Skills & Experience
- Previous telesales, call centre, or customer service experience preferred
- Confident, clear English communication skills
- Professional and confident phone manner
- Basic computer skills and CRM experience
- Target-driven, reliable, and well-organised
