General Manager
We’re after a hands-on General Manager who knows the trades, understands project pressures, and keeps operations commercially tight. This isn’t a desk only role — you’ll be on site, leading people, meeting clients, and quoting work.
What you’ll do:- Lead day-to-day operations and team performance
- Quote and price projects accurately and profitably
- Oversee project delivery and client satisfaction
- Manage budgets, margins, and reporting
- Build strong client and supplier relationships
- Drive improvements in systems, safety, and efficiency
What you’ll bring
- Trade or construction background (with field experience preferred)
- 5+ years in a leadership, commercial, or operational role in a trades-based business
- Strong skills in estimating, pricing, and project management
- Confident communicator who motivates teams and fronts clients
- Commercially sharp and organised
- Tertiary qualification in construction/civil (advantageous but not essential)
