About our role
The Business Manager position will see you work Monday to Friday with rostered Weekends at our Ford dealership in Rotorua. Join our innovative and customer-focused sales team. The purpose of this role is to contribute to an effective Finance and Insurance operation to assist in driving increased sales, dealership performance, and customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing & maintaining lasting business relationships
- Offering prospective clients finance, leasing, and insurance facilities to assist in the purchase of vehicles
- Consistently contribute to attaining all dealership F&I targets
- Ensuring the Dealership’s customer records are properly maintained and up to date
Skills & Experience:
- Exceptional customer-facing service skills and experience
- The ability to self-manage whilst working within a team structure
- Strong relationship management skills coupled with a drive to achieve sales targets
- Familiarity with using in-house and online computer systems
- Experience in a franchised automotive dealership is preferred
- Currently living in New Zealand and/or holding a valid work visa
