To be successful in the role
This is a position in a high paced, high turnover environment. To be considered for this role you will ideally have;- Retail experience in a management position
- Proven ability to lead by example and give the best customer service
- An unmistakable talent and passion to provide a motivational, inspirational atmosphere for your team.
- Confidence to manage differing personalities in a team environment
- Strength in offering ongoing comprehensive training, as well as driving floor sales
- Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security and basic financial reporting will be called upon regularly
- Experience with outdoor clothing and equipment is preferred but not essential... a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferable.
