Service Technician to join our team and help us continue providing excellent service.

of household appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, ovens, and more. You will interact directly with customers

are authorised service agents for most major brands including: Bosch, F&P/Haier, Electrolux , Beko, LG.

• Preform in home fault finding and diagnostics to determine effective solutions.
• Complete repairs and maintenance on various appliances in a timely manner.
• Provide clear and professional communication with customers regarding repair

• Replace defective components or systems, ensuring proper operation.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company standards at all times.
• Keep company tools, vehicles, and workspaces clean and organised.
• Workshop repairs where required

• **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of experience in appliance repair (preferred).
• Must hold current Electrical Registration and Practicing licence. (EAS, EASQ, EST etc)
• **Skills:**
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency with tools and testing equipment used in appliance repair.
• Ability to work unsupervised and effectively manage your time.
• **Other Requirements:**
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move heavy appliances as needed.
