We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Sales Manager to support the leadership and performance of our Mitsubishi sales team in Botany.
In this hands-on selling role reporting directly to the Sales Manager and Sales General Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the Mitsubishi retail sales team, assisting with driving sales performance and ensuring the team meets pre-agreed sales and gross targets across new and late-model vehicles.
As Andrew Simms Botany is one of the highest-performing Mitsubishi dealerships in New Zealand, this role suits an individual with strong drive, ambition, and leadership potential who is ready to take the next step in their career. In return, you will be rewarded with an attractive remuneration package that recognises performance through an uncapped commission structure.
We are open to candidates with proven leadership experience, as well as high-performing Sales Consultants who demonstrate the intelligence, professionalism, and tenacity required to progress into management. At a minimum, you will need prior automotive sales experience, ideally within a new vehicle franchise.
