We have a high turnover of patients and work within afast
  • paced environment.
We are looking for a Hospital Aide to assist Midwiferyand Nursing staff with patient care whilst maintaining a safe and clean workenvironment.You will be responsible for: Assisting nursing staff with patient caresKeeping the ward tidy and organisedAnswering bell callsAssisting with personal careOrdering and restocking of suppliesLiaising with central supplyThe service operates Monday to Sunday across 3 shifts:Morning
  • 6:30am to 3:00pm, Afternoon
  • 2:30pm - 11:00pm andNights
  • 10:30pm - 7:00am.

Please note the successful candidate must be able to workall shifts across Monday to Sunday.

It is staffed 24hours a day.
Our Maternity ward has 45 beds and a very high turnover ofpatients.
Our ward is fast paced and can be at times physically demanding.About YouYou will enjoy working as part of a multidisciplinary team,have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, a high level ofconfidentiality, and the ability to work well under pressure.Ability to work all shifts
