Minimum two years manager experience in the bar or restaurant.Competent level of English spoken and written.
A current Manager's certificate.
Tasks & responsibilities
As our Manager your role is to run the establishment on a shift-by-shift basis, reporting directly to the owner. Oversee stock management/weekly bar ordering/end of month stocktakes.Inspiring staff to deliver the friendly and efficient customer service
Ensuring the restaurant complies with industry compliance standards
Recruitment, leadership, training and performance management of Restaurant staffs
Identify and delegate responsibilities to staff
Carry out daily staff briefings
Manage external communication, bookings, emails and phone enquires
Ensure all staff adhere to the sale and supply of alcohol act 2012
Contribute to meetings and training sessions
Work co-operatively with other staff and managers, ensuring a positive working environment
