We’re looking for a motivated and organised Legal Assistant / Paralegal to join our team and support legal professionals with a range of tasks across the firm.

About the Role- Assisting with legal documentation, file management, and case preparation
- Drafting correspondence and legal documents
- Managing records, databases, and filing systems
- Liaising with clients, courts, and internal teams
- Supporting lawyers with research and administrative tasks
- Ensuring timely follow up and organisation of legal processes
- Previous experience in a legal support, paralegal, or related role (or law graduate)
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and legal software
- Professional and proactive approach
- Competitive salary of $65,000 – $75,000
