At Darling Horticulture Services, we’re on the lookout for a motivated, hands-on Avocado Orchard Supervisor to help us deliver the highest-quality avocados — straight from our orchards to the world.
Location: Katikati, Bay of Plenty
As a key part of our orchard operations, you’ll:
- Supervise and motivate orchard staff
- Oversee irrigation, fertilisation, pruning & pest control
- Monitor plant health and ensure optimal fruit production
- Manage timesheets
- Maintain a safe, efficient working environment
- Report to the Orchard Manager on progress & goals
We’re looking for someone with: Experience in horticulture or orchard management
Strong leadership and problem-solving skillsA passion for planning, teamwork, and sustainability
