About the Role
This is an exciting, fast-paced and challenging role where no two days are the same. You'll be running and growing your own established desk, working across a variety of industries and roles—from general labourers and tradespeople to office administrators and beyond.

To be considered, you will demonstrate:- Proven experience in recruitment or sales and administration
- Confidence establishing and nurturing relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Initiative and drive to meet goals and targets
- A full, clean NZ driver’s licence
- Local business knowledge
- A great sense of humour
- Resilience and adaptability
- A naturally proactive, problem-solving mindset
