- The ability to engage with children, have fun, and support their learning through play.
- Strong organisation, self-motivation, and time-management skills.
- The ability to work well as part of a team, maintaining responsive and respectful relationships.
- A desire to be valued, supported, and actively involved in the life of our centre.
