As aPart-Time Sales Associate, you will be the face of Coach—delivering exceptional client experiences, driving sales, and showcasing our iconic products. You’ll work in a dynamic, high-performing retail environment where genuine connections and elevated service are at the heart of everything we do.Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm, genuine, and personalised customer service
- Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
- Support store operational tasks including stock management, replenishment, and POS transactions
- Represent the Coach brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and team-first culture
- Previous retail or customer service experience (premium or luxury retail is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player with an energetic and proactive attitude
- Passion for fashion, accessories, and luxury brands
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends
- Bilingual in Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) and English
