On Cue specialises in the retail, manufacture, repair, refurbish and distribution of quality pool and snooker tables made by our trade qualified craftsman. We are currently the only manufacturer in the South Island. Each table ordered is hand crafted with quality timbers and componentry engineered for precision playing.Our tables appear in many homes, bars, offices, retirement villages and clubs throughout New Zealand.
Qualifications & experience- A qualification would be advantageous but we will look at experience for the right candidate.
- Applicant must be fit and capable of heavy lifting as this is a key requirement of the job.
- You will be working as part of a small team so good communication skills are essential.
- A full drivers license is required.
- Assisting in the manufacture of Pool and Snooker tables, dartboard cabinets and Table Tennis tables incl: Machining, Assembling and Sanding
- Servicing of pool and snooker tables, pool cues and other accessories associated with the leisure sports industry
- Sweeping floors
- Putting away timber patterns, table parts etc
- Washing dishes
- Vacuuming, dusting and any other general cleaning as required
- Assisting with wrapping of parcels for courier Delivering of purchases locally
- Assisting with stocktakes
- Assisting in the delivery and setup of pool and snooker tables where required. PLEASE NOTE: this includes out of town and/or overnight trips where required - please do not apply if this will not suit.
