Store Assistant - 3D Printing & Laser Engraving

• Previous Retail or Customer Service experience
• Comfortable learning new technology on the job

Marvle3D is one of New Zealand's leading suppliers of 3D printing and laser engraving technology. We work with schools, universities, makers, and businesses across the country. We're also an authorised Bambu Lab distributor, official service centre, and demo shop.

We're looking for a reliable, down-to-earth person to join our small team in Albany - someone who enjoys helping customers, takes pride in their work, and has a genuine interest in hands-on technology.

• Greeting customers and helping them find the right products
• Answering product enquiries in store and via phone/email
• Supporting customers with after-sales care and basic troubleshooting
• Assisting with in-store 3D printing and laser engraving jobs
• Keeping the store tidy, organised, and well presented
• Assisting with product setup and demonstrations

• 1-3 years of retail or customer service experience
• Down-to-earth, approachable, and a team player
• Strong attention to detail and takes pride in their work
• Reliable, takes ownership, and follows through on tasks
• Hands-on experience or genuine interest in 3D printing, laser cutting, or CNC is a strong plus
• Comfortable learning new technology on the job
