Part Time Retail Sales Assistant

This is a busy and varied role where customer excellence and care is at the forefront. In addition to this, you’ll support the store with merchandising and stock control tasks, cleaning, and maintain up to date knowledge of our products.
Must be available to workboth Saturdays and Sundaysweekend days
Hours- Thursday to Saturday 9.50am till 5pm
- Sunday 9.50am till 4pm
Extra shifts maybe available depending on staff holiday requirements etc
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming customers who enter the store.
- Assisting customers to find the goods and products they are looking for.
- Answering queries from customers.
- Providing advice and guidance on product selection to customers, explaining use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
- Processing cash and card payments.
- Installing carseats (post training/ certification)
- Stocking shelves with merchandise.
- Keeping the store tidy and clean.
- Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays.
As the successful candidate, you will have:
- A customer-focussed “can do” attitude.
- Customer service experience (ideally in fashion or retail).
- An eye for style.
- An understanding of babies and their needs.
- Strong communication skills.
- A warm, patient and welcoming manner.
- A willingness to go the extra mile.
