THE ROLEYou’ll be supporting day-to-day operations across our farms and client work, including:
- Drilling, Ploughing, General cultivation, Silage and Mowing
- Fertiliser spreading
- Supporting work across five farms
- Occasional truck work when required. Carting baleage & silage, fertiliser and grain. Local & regional runs.
- Some weekend work during busy periods (harvest / spreading)
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must have:- Proven tractor driving experience (including cultivation work)
- Experience operating drills, ploughs, and cultivation gear
- Silage and mowing experience (or strong capability in similar work)
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Strong work ethic and common sense
- Care and respect for gear
- Reliable attendance — turning up matters
- A current driver licence (Class 1 minimum; Class 5 a bonus)
