As we prepare to open our doors, we are searching for a passionate and innovative Pastry Chef to bring their artistry to our kitchen and elevate our offering with a bakery and cabinet experience that’s second to none.
The Role:As the Pastry Chef at noble. you will take the lead in designing and delivering a pastry and baked goods menu that surprises, delights, and keeps our guests coming back for more.
This is a full-time, permanent role where your creativity and attention to detail will shape the daily rhythm of our cabinet offering. You’ll collaborate with our Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure your work is aligned with noble’s values: simplicity, quality, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and execute an exceptional range of pastries, cakes, baked goods, and cabinet items that reflect noble’s culinary vision.
- Maintain consistency and excellence in presentation, flavour, and technique across all items.
- Manage daily pastry prep and baking schedules to ensure freshness and availability throughout the day.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, organisation, and efficiency in the pastry kitchen.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team to ensure seamless integration across the full menu.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.
- Has proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a senior pastry position in a high-quality, fast-paced kitchen.
- Brings creativity and finesse to their craft, with a modern approach to their work
- Has a deep understanding of pastry techniques and baking fundamentals.
- I s organised, self-motivated, and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Has strong time management skills and the ability to maintain high standards under pressure.
- Has a genuine love for hospitality and takes pride in delighting our customers with beautiful, memorable food.
- Is available to work weekends (or at least one weekend day) — our busiest and most exciting time.
- Competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
