The Role

As our Office Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and the go-to person for our team. You’ll manage day to day administration, coordinate schedules, support the accounts process, and keep our systems and processes running at their best.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure everything runs efficiently
  • Manage scheduling, job bookings, and communication with clients
  • Support accounts functions (invoicing, payments, and supplier management)
  • Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding, inductions, and staff support
  • Maintain and improve internal systems and processes
  • Provide general administrative support to management and technicians
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in office management, administration, or similar roles
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Confident using digital tools (Google Workspace, scheduling/CRM software)
  • A proactive attitude – someone who gets things done and solves problems before they arise
  • Knowledge of HVAC/electrical trades is an advantage, but not essential
