Medical Receptionist / Admin
Part- time, permanent Job share position - Two days per week, days negotiable
We are a small Diagnostic Ultrasound and Heathcare business, Koru Ultrasound, located in the Richmond central area. We provide a family friendly, non-smoking environment, with an interesting and varied job description.
As the first point of contact, you will be the face and voice for the business, so priority will be given to meeting and greeting all patients and promptly receiving calls.
Your other primary responsibilities will include: making bookings; processing payments, ACC and Ministry of Health billing; proof-reading and sending reports for clinicians; accurately completing spreadsheets; dealing with invoices and receipts; stock taking and ordering; and keeping the rooms and common areas tidy and well provisioned.
In addition, you may be involved with marketing roles such as updating our website and distributing promotional material.
Previous experience within the Wellness sector is an advantage and experience within Medical administration is preferred. Training on our clinical software (Crelio) will be provided.
A willingness to work occasional flexible hours and cover for leave, is helpful.
Applicants must have New Zealand residency.
