Pharmacists & Pharmacy Graduate (Intern) Roles | Palmerston North & Surrounding Areas | $27–$80/hr
Join our community-focused pharmacy group with multiple sites in Palmerston North. We are seeking Sole Charge Pharmacists, Team Pharmacists, Newly Registered Pharmacists, and Pharmacy Graduates (Interns) to join our supportive, family-oriented team.
- Salary
Team Pharmacist: $60/hr
Newly Registered: $40–$50/hr (3-monthly review)
Pharmacy Graduate / Intern: $27–$33/hr
Performance-based annual bonus & potential company vehicle
Relocation support for registered pharmacists
All training & professional fees covered (APC, PDA, intern courses/exams).- Hours
30–45 hrs/week, flexible depending on role
Roles & Responsibilities
Sole Charge Pharmacist: Lead workflow, provide clinical services, supervise team, manage urgent prescriptions. Supported by offsite pharmacists, strong technicians, and innovative technology.
Team Pharmacist: Work alongside another pharmacist, dispense accurately, provide counselling, deliver clinical services, support workflow.
Newly Registered Pharmacist: Assist dispensing, provide patient counselling, support workflow, participate in training. Pathway to Team or Sole Charge roles.
Pharmacy Graduate / Intern: Learn pharmacy workflow, assist dispensing under supervision, develop clinical skills, complete intern training, work toward registration with the Pharmacy Council of New Zealand.- What We Offer

Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent)
Registered or eligible for NZ registration
