Experienced Commercial Carpenter - Dunedin

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Carpenter to join our clients team for commercial projects in Dunedin. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, solid carpentry experience, and the ability to work independently on diverse commercial project.

What You’ll Do:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specs
• Assemble structal steel, install tilt panels, form work, install frames, finishing work
• Work with a range of tools and materials
• Maintain site cleanliness and safety, following all health and safety protocols.
• Problem-solve on the fly, making adjustments and proposing solutions as required to overcome challenges during construction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in commercial carpentry (min. 4 years preferred)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Problem-solving abilities for tackling unexpected challenges on-site.
• Own tools and valid driver’s license (preferred)
• Site safe, working at heights, EWP ticket (not essential)
