We're expanding our team and looking for skilled chefs to bring bold flavors to our kitchen!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute traditional Chinese roast meats, including char siu (barbecued pork), siu yuk (crispy roast pork), and roast duck.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver efficient service during peak hours.
• Innovate menu items while staying true to authentic recipes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Chinese cuisine, with proven expertise in siu laap preparation.
• Either have the above proven work experience or holding a Senior Chinese Chef Certificate.
• Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, ingredients, and food safety practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; physical stamina required.
• Mandarin/Cantonese a plus.
