We provide trusted advice, visa assistance, and international student services to clients across New Zealand and globally. Our team is growing, and we’re seeking a leader who can oversee the customer journey and ensure a consistently high-quality experience at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities
Lead daily customer service operations and support the advisers' team
Manage client communications via email, phone, and CRM
Respond to client queries and escalate complex cases where needed
Coordinate appointment bookings and follow-ups
Monitor response times and ensure service quality is maintained.

Ensure client information is handled with accuracy and confidentiality.

We’re Looking For
Bachelor's Degree or higher qualification in Business or Management
Previous experience in a customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and time management
Experience using CRM systems

Empathy, professionalism, and a problem-solving attitude
