What You’ll Be Doing:
Processing online returns and exchanges quickly and accurately
Delivering friendly, helpful customer service via email.
Inspecting returns and allocating items correctly
Keeping clear records and helping to improve the returns process
Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth refunds or replacements
Helping maintain a clean, well-organized workspace
What We’re Looking For:
Previous customer service or returns experience (a bonus, not a must)
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
A proactive, problem-solving mindset
Tech-savvy with basic computer skills
Passion for fashion and love for the Pagani brand
