Forklift Operator – Multi-Site Operations Role

Supercity Towing is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to manage vehicle storage operations across multiple sites within Auckland.

This is a specialist operational role involving forklift operation, vehicle handling, digital imaging of accident-damaged vehicles, and vehicle disposal processing.

About the Role

This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of vehicle storage depots, ensuring vehicles are safely handled, accurately recorded, and processed in line with company and regulatory requirements.

The role also includes responsibility for:

• Digital imaging and documentation of accident-damaged vehicles (insurance/compliance purposes)
• End-to-end vehicle disposal processing, including regulatory compliance and documentation
• Coordinating vehicle movements across multiple depot locations

• Safe forklift operation and vehicle handling
• Managing vehicle storage across multiple yard locations
• Maintaining accurate inventory and location tracking
• Capturing and managing detailed vehicle imaging records
• Processing vehicles for disposal in accordance with legal requirements
• Supporting operational teams with vehicle access and coordination

Skills & Experience Required

To be considered, applicants must have:

• Current forklift licence (F endorsement preferred)
• Demonstrated experience in a multi-site yard, towing, or vehicle recovery environment
• Proven experience managing high-volume vehicle storage yards
• Experience handling damaged or high-value vehicles
• Demonstrated experience with digital imaging/documentation processes (e.g. insurance, compliance, or claims-related imaging)
• Experience managing or assisting with vehicle disposal or asset processing workflows
• Experience working with vehicle storage, compliance, or insurance-related processes
• Experience using job management, dispatch, or towing industry systems
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping accuracy
• Good understanding of Health & Safety practices
• Full, clean driver’s licence

• Ability to work across multiple Auckland locations
• Comfortable working outdoors in a physically active role
• Ability to follow structured processes and maintain accurate records
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
