Bayonne Construction is seeking a skilled and dedicated Asphalt Reinstatement Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Asphalt Reinstatement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

The work undertaken is all patching after our civil crews so all smaller jobs, no large areas. It is specially important to us that a great job is done as its our signature we leave behind

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lay asphalt using a purpose-built hotmix truck.
Operate and maintain equipment.
Adhere to health and safety procedures on construction sites.
Work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Uphold Bayonne Construction's commitment to excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Valid Class 2 driver's license.
Experience in laying hotmix asphalt.
Strong work ethic with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Drug-free and able to pass a drug test.
Familiarity with health and safety procedures in a construction setting.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Reliability and punctuality are essential.
