The role in our Sterile Services Unit, which is part of the Operating Suite, also offers you a varied day working across the roles required to provide Sterile Services both internally and externally.Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8 hour shifts between the hours of 0600 & 2200 hrs with staggered start times.
No weekend or public holidays required.In this role, you will be responsible for:Providing direct technical processing of reusable medical devices (RMDs)Ensuring decontamination is achieved through the correct washing processEnsuring that the correct sterilisation process is selected and used (Steam, Sterrad etc) as appropriateEnsuring that RMDs are inspected and tested as required and specific to each RMDEnsuring all required documentation is completedAbout youWe are seeking an experienced Sterile Services Technician to join our team.
