Experienced Caregiver Required – Adult Male with Multiple Disabilities

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate caregiver to support a family caring for their adult son with complex needs. The client is a 22-year-old male with multiple disabilities who requires in-home support. This is a meaningful role where your work will make a genuine difference in the family’s daily life.

• Providing in-home support and personal care
• Assisting with feeding and daily routines
• Supporting toileting and personal hygiene
• Ensuring safety due to high mobility
• Implementing care strategies, including managing behavioral outbursts
• Delivering calm, respectful, and consistent care

• Full training provided by the family
• Ongoing professional support and guidance

• Kind, patient, empathetic, and open-minded
• Willing to learn and adapt to individual care needs
• Passionate about supporting people with disabilities
• Legal right to work in New Zealand
