Salesforce Consultant - Junior/Intermediate
About the work
We’re hiring two Salesforce Administrators (junior to intermediate) to support and evolve a large private health company. You’ll keep a business critical Salesforce org healthy, build useful automation, and enable clinical and operations teams to do their best work.You’ll also be exposed to larger initiatives alongside senior admins, developers, consultants and architects - plenty of scope to step into broader responsibilities, working with senior people and developers and gaining exposure to complementary technologies.
The focus is org reliability, data quality, secure access, and steady improvement — classic admin excellence with real-world impact.
What you’ll do
Admin day-to-day: users, profiles/permission sets, role hierarchy, licence management.Data stewardship: imports/updates, dedupe, backups, and reporting/dashboards.
Build with declarative tools, especially Flow; retire legacy automation where appropriate.
Release readiness: sandboxes, change discipline, and minor enhancements.
Security and compliance hygiene suited to a clinical health focused environment.Partner well with cross-functional teams and delivery partners.
Engage with business stakeholders to understand processes, pain points and desired outcomes.
What you’ll bring
Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) or in progress.1+ years in a Salesforce role.
Confident with flow, reports/dashboards, and user management.
Clear communication and a keen and inquisitive attitude.
Nice to have
Experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud custom Apps and Apex.Familiarity with common data tools (Data Loader/Workbench) and Jira/Confluence.

Salary range circa NZD $68,000 to NZD $100,000 base dependant on experience, certifications and attitude, plus benefits.
Location
