  • based services to support the delivery of Corrections' core business.

The newly established Digital Workplace Systems team takes care of our systems and assets that provide communication, collaboration and productivity capabilities.

We are passionate about delivering solutions that modernise our way of working, delivering life changing digital technology for the people we manage and our staff.

With this in mind, we're currently looking for a Change Lead to join the team.As the Change Lead you will ensure the successful introduction and adoption of our Microsoft 365 and other cloud services, by leading and facilitating the implementation of change management activities.

Working closely with leaders and their teams, you will play a pivotal part in preparing for and embedding new ways of working.

Your responsibilities will include developing high-quality change plans, documents, and presentations to effectively communicate initiatives, overseeing and coordinating change activities throughout the implementation phase, providing specialist advice on change management matters, and assisting in the design, development, and delivery of training programmes to support the adoption of changes.This permanent position is based at National Office, in Wellington.
