This role suits a senior delivery professional who enjoys ownership, thrives in complexity, and is comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels.
The role You'll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of major technology projects and workstreams, with a strong emphasis on workflow management, integration, and platform delivery. Working across infrastructure, legacy environments, APIs, and cloud platforms, you'll bring structure and momentum to initiatives that have organisation-wide impact.
You'll partner closely with senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and external vendors to ensure outcomes are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned to broader business strategy.
Key responsibilities- Lead the delivery of large, complex technology projects from initiation through to completion
- Manage multiple workstreams, interdependencies, and delivery risks
- Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
- Oversee budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Manage third-party vendors and delivery partners
- Provide clear governance reporting, status updates, and escalations
- Apply pragmatic delivery frameworks while adapting to the needs of each initiative
- Coach and support team members to build delivery capability
- Extensive experience delivering complex technology programmes in large or enterprise environments
- Strong background across integration-heavy landscapes, including infrastructure, legacy systems, APIs, and cloud platforms (e.g. Azure or GCP)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and shifting priorities
- Sound understanding of delivery governance, controls, and best practice
- A collaborative, resilient leader who enjoys building strong teams
