The Clinical Operations Lead will provide support to the Manager, People and Operations focussing on the operational and workforce coordination of the clinical teams. In this role you will provide management and day-to-day operational coordination and support for the clinical workforce to deliver the NPHS regional strategic, policy and operational priorities to enable the realisation of Pae Ora.
You will also provide operational support, facilitate and manage the placements of Registrars, House Officers and Medical Students. This includes leading recruitment processes, engagement with central contract teams, co- ordination of rosters and working in partnership with the Workplace Supervisor.About the Team/Service/ LocationThe National Public Health Service (NPHS) within Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora, work towards Pae Ora (healthy futures) for all by engaging with the wider determinants that impact people's health, focusing on oranga/wellbeing, prevention, protection, and population-level intervention.
