Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance.

Control inventory, order supplies, and manage stock levels.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.

Monitor restaurant budgets, sales, and operational costs.

Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth service operations.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment.

Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff such as sous chefs, line cooks, and kitchen assistants.

Maintain strict food hygiene and health & safety standards.

Manage kitchen inventory, food ordering, and supplier relationships.

Monitor food costs and control waste to meet budget targets.

Ensure efficient kitchen workflow during busy service periods.

Collaborate with restaurant management to improve menu offerings and customer satisfaction.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
