The Role
As a Project Manager, you will manage projects end to end, overseeing bespoke homes, developments, and commercial builds. The role requires a high level of organisation, strong communication, and the ability to manage projects efficiently while maintaining consistently high standards.
The role includes work across Upper Hutt, with the majority of the workload based in the Wairarapa as activity continues to grow.

You will ideally bring:- Strong experience in residential construction, with development and/or commercial exposure an advantage
- High attention to detail and pride in quality outcomes
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
- Strong planning, organisation, and time-management skills
- Confidence communicating with subcontractors, consultants, and clients
- Strong computer literacy, including email, construction software, apps, and digital tools
- Willingness to embrace systems, technology, and modern tools to drive efficiency
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Genuine enthusiasm and a desire to perform at a high level
